Aborigen Bar y Comida Salvaje in Cundinamarca

"Stopped by for lunch, and enjoyed the cute picturesque entrance as well as the view of the valley down below. La Mesa literally means the table/plateau and it’s neat you can kinda see that in the view. I got the teriyaki salmon and was actually impressed at the seasoning being reasonably sweet/tangy comparable to some of the great Asian places in nyc. Drink were tasty, I enjoyed the “refajo” (Colombiana soda mixed with a colombian lager). Whole time they were playing a mixture of music from typical colombian tunes to Ludovico Einaudi’s Una Mattina, added a spiritual touch to the eating experience. All the side dishes were as well prepared as the entrée, nicely wrapping the experience up."

"Hidden gem. Absolute must if you're in town. Nice atmosphere, perfect music selection, fantastic view and delicious food. The only let down is they're using brand ketchup instead of cooking the sauce from scratch. The ribs are soooo recommended."
